We launched the Small Victories podcast in 2020 as a platform to celebrate and inspire victories in the listened’ lives. We are looking for an energetic and creative intern to help support our podcast team.
Preferred: Work/internship experience or completed coursework in journalism, podcasts/radio/tv/film and have photo/video/audio editing experience
Bonus: Have HTML, design, and social media experience.
Compensation: Course credit if applicable.
Important Details:
Internships currently open & typically run for 12 weeks.
We are looking for candidates who are available for a minimum of 15 hours per week and at least 3 days per week.
This is a remote internship.

Remote Internship- Podcast Production
Responsibilities: Support the Podcast Production Team to execute the following: weekly episodes, editing and recording, guest research, outreach, growth and social media promotion.
Assist with episode production, promotion, and planning.
Assist with editing audio, video, and promotional clips.
Research and manage guest outreach; identify, contact & assist with bookings.
Assist with the design and planning of social media promotional content.
Assist with research and coordination of interview questions and discussion guides.
Research and manage outreach for potential guest opportunities for the SheSpeaks podcast host.
Participate in internal team meetings for the podcast, podcast recordings and general team meetings.
Qualifications: We’re looking for candidates who:

The ability to edit raw footage from outside submitted video
The ability to manage large files and hard drives, along with master audio tracksThe ability to produce and post content to various platforms (Patreon, YouTube, Instagram Facebook) and on to the website.
The ability to take multiple notes for future cuts and final versions
Content Media Manager Content Managers are tasked with building a brand identity and online presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia content online. This involves developing content strategies, managing a content team, growing an online community and tracking that community's growth, among other duties.
We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically. Content Manager duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading, formulating content strategies and managing a content team, among other tasks. Content Managers should be comfortable finding creative ways of building an online presence, as well as using analytics in the formulation of a content strategy. Here, content is defined as multimedia articles, blog posts, images or videos that aid in fostering engagement online.
This is a remote position for 15 hours/week, flexible.
Content Manager Responsibilities:
Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets
Create and publish engaging content
Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention

Content Manager Qualifications:
